The house is asking for $3.35 million, $1 million less than the actor paid

Rockies" megastar Sylvester Stallone is promoting his home in los angeles Quinta, California, for $three.35 million, about $1.15 million much less than he paid for a decade in the past.

The Mediterranean-style and Tuscan-style villa has 4,889 square feet of interior space, including four bedrooms and five bathrooms, according to a list of Douglas Elliman's Josh Reeve, who listed the property on Wednesday.

Built in 2008, the two-story house offers a spacious living room with double-height ceilings, a stone fireplace, a dining room that opens onto a terrace, a kitchen with wooden cabinets and a central wood and stone island, a breakfast room and a wine room by menu.
Property records show that Mr Stallone, 73, an actor, screenwriter, director and painter, bought the property in 2010 for $4.5 million through a trust fund.
It was first listed for $4.2 million in 2014. Since then, the house has been on the market and off at different prices with changes in brokers. It was pulled off the market in 2016, when it was last listed at $3.625 million, listing records show.

Listing agent Mr. Reeve said that Mr. Stallone and his family used the house for desert vacations, and the property is well maintained.

A representative of Mr. Stallone, known for his creativity and acting in the rocky series, confirmed that he was the seller, but had no further comment.
Design details include double wooden doors, arched entrances, vaulted ceilings and rafters, as well as fireplaces throughout.

Outdoors, the 0.45-acre property has multiple terraces, a swimming pool, a spa and a built-in fire pit.
"it's placed in the most important piece of land of all villas in los angeles Quinta," Mr. Reeve said. "It has a busy schedule flowing through the outdoor, which could be very unique."
